Dr. Miguel Lalama
As a board-certified gastroenterologist, Dr. Lalama is equipped to provide his patients with exceptional digestive care. His advanced training prepared him to bring cutting edge procedures right here to Owensboro.
Dr. Lalama takes great pride in connecting personally with patients and treating them with the care and compassion they deserve. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife and three young children on their small farm in Philpot. He also enjoys spending time hunting, going to livestock auctions and putzing around the auto shop.

Brittany Davidson, APRN
Brittany Davidson is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She has been working alongside Dr. Lalama since 2018 in both the hospital and outpatient clinic setting. Brittany is passionate about providing excellent care for the community of Owensboro and she is highly-qualified to meet the complex needs of her patients. When not working, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
Ashley Strader, APRN
Elizabeth “Ashley” Strader, APRN, is originally from Madisonville, Kentucky, and relocated to Owensboro in April 2025. She brings over 13 years of experience in Primary Care and holds both a Master’s degree in Nursing Education and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Primary Care from Western Kentucky University, where she graduated in 2008.
Ashley joined Landmark Digestive Health in the summer of 2025 and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Owensboro community. She brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role and is dedicated to helping patients manage their health with confidence.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family and pets.
